OPI, one of the world’s largest and well known acrylic nail and nail polish brands, came to Nelson Miller to design, engineer, and manufacture an ultraviolet nail dryer for salon use.

Nelson Miller worked closely with OPI’s marketing team to design the assembly and, once approved, engineered the assembly for manufacturability.

After the nail dryer was engineered, Nelson Miller manufactured each component featured below, and assembled and packaged the entire unit at their factory.

Finally, Nelson Miller managed all inventory, shipment, receiving, and warranty issues on behalf of OPI, freeing OPI to do what they do best: ensure your style is spot on!
